CGI ISMC Inc. sold the former Lotus Hosting & Small Business Services division of COGNICASE

Effective December 6, 2003 CGI Information Systems and Management Consultants Inc. ("CGI") sold the former Lotus Hosting & Small Business Services division of COGNICASE (Canada) Inc. to Point Alliance Inc. ("Point Alliance").
As such, CGI assigned the active client relationships it had relating to this division (primarily Lotus e-mail and web hosting services, and consulting services related thereto) to Point Alliance to continue providing those services.
